Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

The clinic is open Thursdays, 1-3 p.m. No appointment or referrals necessary.

  • Nexplanon insertion and removal
  • Depo-Provera injections
  • Emergency Contraception (Plan B)
  • Condoms

How it Works

First come, first served for all beneficiaries in need of contraceptive services. Waiting times may vary. Schedule is subject to change based on provider availability. For most recent updates, please refer to the 31st Medical Group’s Facebook page.

Note: if you are seeking initial birth control, or your birth control is expired, please abstain from intercourse for two weeks before coming to the clinic.
