We maintain physical inpatient and outpatient medical records for beneficiaries assigned to Family Health & Pediatrics, provide official copies of patient medical records, upon request, and coordinate retirement and PCS of medical records.

  • Closed the third Thursday of every month from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for training
