Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Vision

We prescribe vision correction for TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled to the 31st Medical Group. Active duty personnel may order military issued glasses, gas mask inserts, and ballistic eye wear inserts needed to perform their duties with precision.

General Patient Information

Please bring your glasses and contacts to your exam.
Wear your glasses to the appointment and bring the boxes or the old contact prescription if you would like it updated.

  • Ordering of spectacles, mobility/ballistic inserts for deployment requirements
